Los Angeles, United States United Talent Agency (UTA) Full time

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do
- Oversee book of business for assigned agents and coordinators, including regular touchpoints to ensure complete and accurate booking data and reports
- Review and coordinate the processing of client payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and tax requirements
- Liaise with internal and external parties on invoices, statements, collections, debits, and any inquiries regarding client accounts
- Maintain client bookings and review data for accuracy and completeness while considering internal controls and account revenue recognition standards
- Familiarity with accounting principles and contract administration
- Partner in any special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed
- Coordinate with the Cash Management team as necessary to ensure payments are identified correctly and applied to the correct booking as it relates to their specific agents (ex. Unidentified funds)
- Working closely with the department manager and collaborate across teams
- Provide guidance to staff team members and consultants
- Regularly syncing and providing customer service to Agent, Assistants, Business Managers and other third parties associated with internal Clients
- Reviewing regular reporting to agents to facilitate forecasted dollars, collections, date verifications and insights into client performance

What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience at a Big 4 Firm preferred
- Audit or assurance experience required
- Entertainment experience preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service focused role preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motived and tenacious; to be successful, the role requires persistence and follow-up
- Proficient in all Microsoft systems and other accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle very high volume of transactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of fundamental accounting principles (Ex. Revenue Recognition)
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels (including management)
- High-energy level and a strong work ethic, and self-starter with the ability to work independently but also collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to processes and procedures while working in a very fast-paced environment
- Experience with financial & enterprise systems such as NetSuite
