**Responsibilities**:

- Research market trends, competitor pricing, and other relevant factors to make data-driven leasing decisions. Getting to know and understand competition in the surrounding area and understanding our competitive market.
- Create marketing materials and strategies and generate potential client lists.
- Generating & Managing All Marketing Materials. Generating awareness, interest, and excitement via social media and other outlets.
- Conducting Property Tours w/ Prospects.
- Negotiating Conditions & Terms of Agreements (w/ Direct Supervisor).
- Complete All New Tenant Onboarding Tasks.

**Education and Experience**:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in leasing/acquisitions in the real estate field
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
- High school degree is required. College degree is a plus but not mandatory
- Broker’s license not required.

**Skills & Ability**
- Projects a professional sales image
- Experience with MS Office suite: word, excel, access, outlook
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities without losing sight of the details.
- Creative problem solver
- Ability to introduce structure to an organization which has grown organically
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Driven by a desire to learn and be a part of the real estate and property management business.

**Work Location**:

- In-person (Waterbury, CT)

**Compensation**:

- a mixture of a base salary combined with an attractive incentive pay structure
- $70,000 base salary
