**Technician Overview**:
As our drone technician, you will primarily be responsible for leading a team responsible for the assembly and testing of our proprietary drone platforms prior to their deployment. This includes manually assembling and testing drones, troubleshooting, suggesting enhancements, and performing required ongoing maintenance. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for all relevant topics (assembly, maintenance, etc).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manufacture commercial drones and other system components using a variety of hand and power tools
- Assemble intricate mechanical and electrical components
- Ensure testing and quality control standards are met and maintained
- Compile and present productivity reports
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for drone construction and maintenance
- Follow all relevant safety protocols
- Manage parts inventory
- Has experience with drones, aviation, aerospace, or robotics
- Has a technical trade, associates, or bachelors degree
- Thrives in team-oriented settings and is willing to contribute to other tasks as needed
- Appreciates agile development and quick feedback loops
- Is capable of managing multiple and concurrent projects
- Is interested in providing feedback and ideas for product enhancement
- Be motivated by novel challenges and creative problem-solving
- Strong written and oral communication skills

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school degree
- Hands-on drone experience (assembly, repair, flight)
- Experience with electrical hardware (sautering, wiring, etc)

Schedule:

- Monday - Friday, weekends as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
