Junior Acquisition Specialist

We are one of the top Real Estate Investment Firms located in Southern New Jersey and we are looking for a Junior Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The team is growing at a fast pace and this person will be groomed to take over the purchasing side of the business that supports and sustains this team.

As Junior Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for calling outbound and inbound prospects, all that have reached out about selling a property that they own. You will utilize your excellent communication and persuasive skills to build relationships and set appointments for us to buy their property. This role requires a results-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to work with a team.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Compensation**: $40,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year,

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound call and talk to all leads in the que
- Overcome objections on the phone
- Schedule and conduct appointments
- Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects
- Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
- Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed

- Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
