Job Title**:DISPATCHER/CSR**

Job Description: To facilitate a quality customer service experience. To work effectively with customers, supervisors, and technicians to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- SUPERVISION:_ This position reports to the **Director of Sales & Customer Care**.
- QUALIFICATIONS:_
- Bachelor's degree and/or extensive industry experience
- Healthy familiarity with Service Titan, Microsoft Office 365, CRM’s, and Social Media
- Self-motived; team-oriented; people-centric; sense of urgency; detail-oriented
- DUTIES:_
- Building & maintaining relationships with all customers.
- Answer phones through the day to book calls. Prioritize & organize calls according to urgency and location.
- Speaking with customers & supervisors to resolve concerns with service requests or installations. Relay information between technicians, home-owners, property managers, sub-contractors, etc.
- Review/respond to calls collected by our Answering Service.
- Become highly effective and efficient with ServiceTitan.
- Review each field technician’s invoices throughout the day as they are completed. Check for grammar issues, pricing errors, etc. Discuss any problems to be addressed & corrected with the technician’s manager.
- Facilitate the route and status of each field technician’s workday. Monitor each individual’s clock-in and clock-out times.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)

- Lorton, VA 22079 (preferred)
