The successful Territory Sales Manager will take the established sales territory to a new level, expanding our business with both customers and prospective optical offices. This exclusive territory is geographically focused on Arizona**.** The Territory Sales Manager will travel throughout the territory, and will be equipped with dynamic tools and technology, including a rep-inspired sales cycling app We thrive on offering interactive training and ongoing professional development to all members of our team.

**The Prescription for a **_**Spec**_**tacular Sales Consultant**:

- Passion for selling and servicing customers.
- Proven track record of sales achievement; calling upon sales experience from a related industry, which may include Cosmetics, Dental Sales, Accessories, Giftware, Medical Devices, Food/ Beverage Wholesale, Salon Sales, or Optical industries (Opticians, Practice Managers, Lens or Lab reps, Technicians, etc.).
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Interest in using technology and social media to enhance business results.
- Sense of style and eye for fashion.
- Adept at maximizing Time management and organization skills.

**Schedule**:

- Customer appointments typically take place between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Daily travel and possible overnight stays should be taken into consideration.
