Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with sales in various departments. **Duties**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions and sales events
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills with experience in technology, electronics, jewelry, or wireless sales preferred
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized assistance
- Knowledge of retail math concepts such as calculating discounts, taxes, and change
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends
