Phantom Farms, located in Cumberland, RI, is a historic farm and orchard with over a century of history. The farm grows over 15 varieties of apples, blueberries, and hardy mums. In addition to the orchard, Phantom Farms operates a year-round cafe and bakery. The farm also offers various farm products and prioritizes food safety according to the RI Department of Health.

**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Have a passion for baked goods.
- Prep and bake a variety of goods we serve in our cafe.
- 4 am mandatory start time for muffin bake 2-3 times per week.
- Follow recipes and adhere to quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment including mixers, ovens, and packaging tools.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience working as a Baker in the food industry
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as knives, mixers, and ovens
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with clients

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in a bakery or food service establishment is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
