**Position Summary** - The Manager of Inflight Standards and Regulatory Compliance is administratively and operationally accountable to the VP of Inflight. In the absence of the Manager of Inflight Standards and Regulatory Compliance, the duties and responsibilities will be assumed by the Manger of Inflight, who may retain or delegate these actions. The Manager of Inflight and Regulatory Compliance is responsible for administrative compliance with various regulatory requirements and Company quality standards applicable to the Inflight Department.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee FAM (iPad) for the Inflight Department, liaison with IT, manage the design, development, planning and implementation.
- Analyze the feedback and data and research concerns regarding FAM and implement improvement plans.
- Revise and maintain all Inflight Operations policies and handbooks in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a schedule of audits and evaluations in accordance with the company guidelines.
- Compile and analyze audit findings for root cause identification.
- Maintain close liaison with FAA Cabin Safety Inspector.
- Maintain database of audit materials, checklists, findings, and root cause and corrective actions.
- Maintain working knowledge of regulations and technical publications relating to aircraft cabin safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and revise Global X Flight Attendant Manual to ensure full compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Oversee implementation of aircraft added to fleet and ensure all technical specifications are added to FAM and ESP manual.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards, including those issued by FAA, TSA, DOT, DOD, IATA, and other regulatory authorities.
- Review and take appropriate action on all Inflight SMS Issue Reports.
- Conduct safety and operational audits as required per SMS.
- Conduct inflight observation and evaluation.
- Ensure all GlobalX Aircrafts have proper emergency equipment and meet all FAA regulations
- Coordinate with FAA on cabin safety issues, revised or newly issued regulations, and revisions to applicable manual systems.
- Serve as a Purser or Flight Attendant when required.
- Manage special projects as directed by the VP of Inflight.
