Overview:
**Responsibilities**
- Managing all aspects of the closing process.
- Prepares closing documents for signing.
- Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary information and escrow transactions.
- Understands and complies with escrow procedures (can be learned on the job).
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Expertly and expediently resolve any title issues that arise.
**Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent skills.
- Escrow/Closing background helpful but not required.
- Organizational skills.
- Business etiquette skills.
- Basic terminology and documents related to title and escrow (can be learned on the job).
- Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic.
- Operating desktop computers and common software.
- Compiling data and accurate data entry.
- Possess great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Public Notary Certificate (can be obtained after employment)
- Title Producer License (can be obtained after employment)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Pay: Negotiable depending upon experience

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM with a 1 hour lunch break
Work Location: In person
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
