Hebrew College’s Adult Learning program has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Program and Relationship Director.

As part of the adult learning team, the PRD reports to the Director of Adult Learning, and works closely with staff from the adult learning department and across other Hebrew College departments including the marketing department and the business office.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Participate as a valued member of Adult Learning team, contributing to positive
work environment and providing guidance to other program directors as needed.
- Promote and develop Adult Learning offerings throughout greater Boston by:

- Meeting with current and potential sites.
- Recruiting and vetting faculty.
- Engaging in community needs assessments, and matching sites
with relevant course topics and instructors.
- Collect and evaluate potential classes and program proposals from new and
existing faculty.
- Advise site liaisons on selection of teachers, class type and topic, and provide
them with support for marketing and course administration.
- Communicate regularly with faculty and site liaisons.
- Oversee, track and communicate core aspects of course planning and
administration.
- Input data to Hebrew College’s learning management and registration systems.
- Provide support (including tech support) for Hebrew Colleges learning
management systems.

- Plan faculty meetings.
- Collaborate with members of the Adult Learning Team to plan for our annual
Celebration of Adult Learning including Me’ah Classic annual graduation.
- Provide program updates to senior Hebrew College leadership and
funders/grantors as needed.
- Attend community engagements and represent the Hebrew College Adult
Learning in the Greater Boston community.
- Work with Adult Learning Director to review budget planning materials during
annual budgeting process.
- Monitor and manage the disbursal of scholarships on an on-going basis.
