Landscape Crew Foreman

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a crew in various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and enhance landscapes by mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, and planting
- Irrigate lawns, gardens, and plant beds to ensure proper hydration
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, new lawn installation and pruning
- Oversee the care of trees, including trimming and removal when necessary
- Supervise a crew of landscapers, assigning tasks and ensuring quality workmanship
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies needed for landscaping projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Snow removal in the winter months
- Ability to operate skid steers, front end loaders, 1 Ton dump trucks
- Supervision of an assigned area for plowing

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Knowledge of various landscaping techniques, including lawn care and tree care
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Valid drivers license with insurance acceptable driving record

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
