**Job Requirements**:

- Menu development and creation
- Financial accounting and reporting relating to food and controllable costs
- Leadership and team management for a multi-unit restaurant group
- Culinary creativity and innovation
- Adhere and maintain all health and safety practices and standards
- At least 5 years experience as an Executive Chef for high volume, chef-driven restaurant groups
- Implement systems and follow up with training and performance goals of the Executive Chefs
- Ability to work every back of house station in the restaurant
- Ability to conduct audits and hold one on one's with Executive and Sous Chefs
- Hold chefs accountable at all times
- Pass drug screening and background check

Main Street Entertainment Group, is a restaurant management and development group. We have built and concepted many restraunts from the dinning room and kitchen design to the menu and service model as well as financial accounting and reporting. We have a passion for the food and beverage industry and continue to strive to create, build and manage restaurants that go above and beyond the guests expectations.

Pay: Up to $100000 / year
