Intermodal Dispatcher

A 48-year-old Warehouse and trucking operation in Edison NJ requires a Dispatcher to handle its small fleet of Trucks servicing the Terminals in the Elizabeth / Newark NJ Port Complex.

An excellent opportunity for right individual to grow into and assume the operation management position.

Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
Accepting work orders from clients other than the company warehouse operation
Creating required documentation for the work orders
Routing Company Drivers to handle work orders
Documenting all steps on each Drivers daily work logs
Documenting all FHWA requirements
Advising clients of progress on their work
Coordinating with Company warehouse operation
Creating appointments with Terminals were and when needed
Advising & documenting additional fees to client
Opening and closing each day's operations

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
