**Position Details**:
2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:30pm Mon-Fri + 12% differential

**Your Expertise**:

- 1 year experience in an aerospace environment preferred
- Previous masking experience is a plus
- Skills Desired**:Excellent attention to detail**, ability to multitask, good communications skills
- Ability to read and interpret operation sheets, blueprints and technical data

**Your Challenge**:

- Interpret and follow operation sheets, engine manuals, and blueprints to determine information required to properly mask an aerospace component for plasma coating.
- Ensure use of proper fixtures and tools; maintain masking tape inventory levels required to meet production goals. Requisition materials and tooling as required

**Opportunities**:

- If you are successful as a masker, you may have the opportunity to train to become a plasma sprayer

**Education Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**This position is a safety sensitive position. Applicant must comply with all applicable FAA and DOT drug and alcohol testing rules.**
