Bartender (Part-time)

This is a part time position. Monday, Tuesday and Saturday nights. Other shifts available on a pick up basis.

Overview:
Bartenders mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests. You will use your mixologist talent to prepare and serve great alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for each guest, every time, all while enjoying the fun that each guest brings. While mixing and creating, the bartender is responsible for ensuring that all state, federal and property-specific policies, and procedures are upheld.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Embrace service with a story by creating and serving both distinctive and traditional beer/wine and non-alcoholic beverages and cannabis products for guests.
- Educates consumers on medicating options and methods, strain information, medicine effectiveness for specific ailments, and cultivation methods.
- Share your personal passions and knowledge of the food, services, and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home
- Orchestrate an extraordinary guest experience by providing a fun and positive environment
- Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures.
- Process payment from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.

- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to walk, and stand, 6-8 hours per day, and may have exposure to basic cleaning supply chemicals.
- The team member is occasionally required to climb and use balance. Additionally, they will frequently be asked to use their hands and arms to reach, carry, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member will experience temperature fluctuations (heat, humidity), and moderate to high noise levels.
