- **_Guide & Support Your Unit._** Your leadership makes the difference As the Labor Delivery/Mother Baby Nurse Manager, you would oversee 24-beds in a busy unit while being supported by a level III NICU. You would lead your team in providing the highest level of care while garnering a constant focus on patient safety.

**Position**:Nurse Manager - Labor Delivery/Mother Baby
**Shift**:Days with 24/7 Accountability

**Experience**:
1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in acute care nursing with experience in Mother Baby and Labor and Delivery.
2. Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience required.

**Education**:
1. BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required.
2. MSN or other related Masters Degree highly preferred.

**Licensures/Certifications**:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. Leadership certification (NE-BC/NEA-BC) desired.
