CNC Lathe Operator

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Operate CNC Lathe and or CNC Swiss machines to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Material handling required, raw material to and from machines, moving parts to designated locations, etc...
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine.
- Monitor the machine's performance and make adjustments as needed. (periodic oil and coolant check, chip handling, etc... required.)
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the machine.
- Must keep work areas organized and clean.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
- CNC "Operator" positions will use WCM supplied tools and inspection equipment.
- Must have basic knowledge of CNC Machine Operation
- Basic knowledge of CNC Tooling, ability to do offsets to keep parts in tolerance required.
- Must be able to use basic measuring tools to inspect parts
- Must have knowledge in metals, plastics, etc... and expected to handle raw materials (bar stock) to and from machines.
- Strong organizational skills required.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 4x10
- Night shift
- No weekends
