**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring high-quality food production. **Responsibilities**: - Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities - Develop and maintain menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures - Collaborate with management to create new dishes and enhance existing recipes - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Handle any kitchen-related issues or emergencies efficiently **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Strong knowledge of food service management, menu planning, and kitchen operations - Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide the culinary team - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Proficiency in food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures - Experience in kitchen management, bartending, cooking, or related roles is preferred Join our team as a Head Chef and showcase your culinary expertise while leading a dynamic kitchen team to culinary success

Pay: From $800.00 per week
