**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Purchase inventory and supplies for Spire operations

2. Review supplier pricing, delivery, and quality to ensure receiving the best value for parts and equipment

3. Control inventory parts for Sanford and Great Bend operations. Use the Kanban system to optimize parts inventory

4. Define and solve customer problems and issues, handle requests, and ship parts or orders on a timely basis

5. Ensure suppliers meet defined ISO criteria

6. Ensure purchase orders and delivery fully support production plans

7. Review and assist with the Production Order Processing (POP) (work order processing) for Spire.

8. Ensure that POP, part sales, and sterilizer sales release inventory accurately from all inventory locations

9. Assign and maintain software serial numbers for sterilizers and kits

10. Review and assist with the accuracy and updates of bills of material (BOM)

11. Implement new pricing for parts, service parts, and kits

12. Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) for all customer returned items to verify if under warranty or not. Send Supplier Corrective Action Report (SCAR) to suppliers for analysis and credit. Close RMA’s in a timely manner. Coordinate with accounting in ensure appropriate credit or collection is completed.

13. Process (SCAR) for repair, return, or credit. Complete documentation to account for inventory or credit.

14. Follow purchasing procedures and work instructions and ensure they remain compliant with FDA, ISO, ASME, and UL regulations and requirements

15. Train shipping and receiving associates

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Answer phones on a proportionate basis with other associates

2. Supervise shipping and receiving, solve problems, oversee and provide performance evaluations on shipping and receiving associates

3. Ensure shipping and receiving associates are following documented procedures and work instructions

4. Perform project work as assigned

5. Other duties as assigned

**EDUCATION**

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and position related work experience

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**

1. Dress code is casual: polo shirt, slacks, occasional T-shirts (No shorts allowed)

2. Hair neatly groomed and trimmed

3. Positive attitude, and ability to work agreeably with customers, co-workers, and supervisor

4. Willingness to help discover and implement ideas to improve work processes and performance

5. Detailed knowledge of Macola, Access data base, and inventory control processes

7. Understand and implement PRIMUS policies and procedures

8. Ability to occasionally travel for multi-day periods

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

Ability to lift 5-40 pounds on an occasional basis throughout the day

Ability to sit for prolonged periods throughout the day

Valid state drivers license to visit suppliers or pickup/deliver parts at suppliers

Valid state driver’s license to support field visits

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
