If so, Donaldson, a leader in the multi-family property management industry, has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Leasing Consultant We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant with prior leasing experience for a 235-unit residential apartment community located in Hyattsville, MD (North Pointe).

Applicant will be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a professional demeanor
- Marketing/ Outreach
- Leasing apartments
- Property tours
- Resident retention
- Renewing contracts
- Data Entry
- Assisting with day-to-day operations
