**Your Role**
The CADAC II will participate in a full continuum of care by facilitating group counseling and case management, as well as, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Starting salary negotiable and based on experience.

**Qualifications**
- Active state licensure - **CADAC II**
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical role preferred
- Experience in Substance use disorder field preferred
- Competency with Google products
- Comfortable working with electronic health records
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred
- Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use is essential
- Authorization to work in the US is required

**Responsibilities**

Our CADAC II will plan, conduct, and improve intensive groups and relapse prevention groups for our patients. This role is supervised by a licensed Clinical Director and collaboratively as part of an integrating team.

Our CADAC II:

- Carry out the appropriate treatment modalities in group sessions
- Assist with all discharge planning patient needs including FMLA, Short Term Disability, and Sober Housing needs
- Attend Treatment Team meetings as needed
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with everyone, especially on the treatment teams
- Work cooperatively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
- Do additional duties as assigned
- Report directly to the Clinical Director
