Activites Director

The Activity Director is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the activity program designed to meet the social, physical, intellectual, recreational, and spiritual needs of residents.

**Qualifications**:

- An Associate’s degree in recreation therapy or related field is recommended or NCCAP Certification (National Certification Council for Activity Professionals)
- At least 2 years experience in a long term care activity department preferred
- Activity certification or course completion preferred
- Background in music, art, drama, and dance therapy preferred
- Able to flex hours to accommodate resident’s needs for evening, weekend, special events, and holiday events
- Computer skills
