**Overview/Schedule**:This is a part-time, onsite position in Worldwide Golf’s office in Joliet, IL. Worldwide Golf is one of the largest golf companies in the US, giving you growth opportunities and the ability to learn new skills. Customer Service Team Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.

**Job Responsibilities Include**:

- Work with our knowledgeable team in assisting customers with questions about a wide array of golf products including clubs, apparel, golf balls, and accessories
- Follow up with previous customers to build loyalty and bring in add-on sales
- Work within multiple Order Management Systems to assist customers from all sales channels
- Engage in product knowledge and custom fitting training directly with vendor reps from brands like TaylorMade, Callaway, Titleist, and Mizuno.

**Qualifications Desired**:

- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus, but not required
- Golf background or golf industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Work experience in customer service or customer-facing job (retail, restaurant, etc.) is a plus, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to provide timely follow-up with customers and vendors
