Breakfast Attendant

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food items are displayed attractively
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service hours
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to guests
- Ensure that food items are stocked and replenished as needed
- Monitor food temperatures to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Clear tables and clean up spills promptly to maintain a clean dining environment
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup as necessary

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of basic knife skills for meal preparation
- Previous experience in banquet or hospitality settings is preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Experience in meat cutting or dietary aide roles is beneficial but not required
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Shift:

- Morning shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- East Peoria, IL 61611: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
