We are looking for an** engaging,** **friendly and reliable** Guest Service Agent to join our team to provide our vacation owners and guests outstanding service.

As a **Guest Service Agent,** the primary function is to welcome guest with a smile and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service throughout their stay.

**Essential Functions**:

- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and difficult situations while always maintaining a pleasant attitude
- Check-in/check-out services
- Support guest needs and work through guest issues professionally and promptly to meet Gold Crown Resort standards of service excellence.
- Be familiar with local events, activities and attractions depending on the season
- Keep front desk and all areas of front desk reasonably clean, organized and well stocked
- Keep the property safe and secure for guests and employees
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Comply with privacy standards
- Respond to emergencies promptly
- Make reservations as necessary when Central Reservations is not available
