**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and engage with incoming sales leads from the company website, phone calls, and web chat.

2. Lead marketing of our new home neighborhoods, overseeing tasks such as maintaining the company website, managing social media platforms, MLS posting, and Zillow dashboard maintenance.

3. Use professional judgment and qualification skills to identify and prioritize leads most likely to convert to sales.

4. Schedule appointments and tours with Sales Manager; providing occasional coverage for appointments or showings in cases when the Sales Manager is unavailable.

5. Enter and update sales lead information in customer management database.

6. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and marketing performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

7. Create and maintain bi-weekly reporting analysis of sales and marketing metrics.

8. Maintain expert level knowledge of our neighborhoods, including floorplans, pricing, lot size, timelines, and availability.

9. Develop and create marketing materials provided to potential homeowners, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, design, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the sales and construction process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with BuilderTrend or similar software a plus.
- Experience with social media marketing a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion for real estate, home design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Pay: $52,612.00 - $60,029.00 per year
