Caregivers Needed Full

Philadelphia, United States Reliant at Home Care Full time

Duties:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medication management
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Monitor and record vital signs and health status
- Assist individuals with dementia care and hospice care needs
- Support individuals with autism spectrum disorder in daily activities
- Help clients navigate social work systems for additional support

**Experience**:

- Experience in dementia care, medication administration, and hospice care is preferred
- Knowledge of working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is beneficial
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:
