As an **Admissions Counselor,** you will play a pivotal role in assisting prospective students in their journey towards enrollment at NCNA. You will provide guidance and support throughout the admissions process, ensuring that applicants have a smooth and positive experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Conduct Interviews**: Conduct individual and group interviews with prospective students to evaluate their suitability for the institution, assess their interests and goals, and answer any questions they may have.

**Represent the Institution**: Represent the institution at college fairs, recruitment events, and high school visits, presenting information about our institution to prospective students, parents, and educators.

**Maintain Relationships**: Cultivate relationships with high school guidance counselors, community organizations, and other key influencers to promote the institution and establish a strong network for student recruitment.

**Collaborate with Admissions Team**: Work closely with the admissions team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, meet enrollment goals, and continuously improve the admissions process.

**Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of current trends in higher education, admissions policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to prospective students.

**Collaborate with Other Departments**: Collaborate with academic departments, financial aid offices, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless admissions process for applicants and admitted students.

Pay: $24.60 - $26.69 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
