Associate Product Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the marketing leadership team to develop product strategies that align with the company's business goals and meet the needs of mass-market retailers and consumers.
- As an Associate Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and manufacturing, to ensure the success of our products in the market.
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to help the team identify consumer trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Monitor product performance and sales data and make recommendations for product improvements or modifications.
- Support the marketing team in developing and implementing product strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Assist in defining product requirements, features, and specifications based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Assist in the creation of SWOT analysis, marketing plans, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support in presenting product plans and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer products and mass-market retail channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering business results and driving growth through product innovation and differentiation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously autonomously.
- Passion for consumer products and retail with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent computer skills - PowerPoint Ninja
- A passionate marketer that is EAGER to learn and build their skills.
- You must be OBSSESSED with consumer insights.
