- Collaborating with firm Principal on all stages of projects from initial discussions with the client through creating construction documents
- Creating initial concept and design packages
- Coordinating with product vendor representatives for the selection of FF& E
- Creating AutoCAD based drawings
- Creating 3d models
- Designing graphic presentations and branding/marketing materials

**Qualifications**
- 0-3 Years of Related Work Experience
- Bachelors of Interior Design
- A desire to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Adobe Suite/ Sketchup/Rendering Environments
- Strong graphic presentation skills
- A driver's license
- Authorization to work in the United States

**Note**: This position requires availability to work in the office multiple days per week but is hybrid with the opportunity to work a portion of the time remotely after a prohibationary period. We will accept applicants interested in working part time as well with a minimum requirement of 20 HRS per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
