Woodworker/shop

Warriors Heart is looking for an experienced woodworker to oversee the Wood Shop at Warriors Heart. The wood shop provides our Warriors with the opportunity to make wood art as part of their healing process. Examples or work include tomahawks, flags, punishers, etc. A must see to understand the experience.

Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

- extensive working knowledge of wood shop equipment, high safety and standards
- ability to instruct users of equipment and oversight
- ability to assist in client art work on equipment clients are not allowed to use
- work with the shop manager to ensure safety of clients and equipment
- make various wood artwork for show and fundraising
- maintain shop inventory and equipment
- metal fabrication experience a plus
