- Provide direct support to individuals with autism or other special needs.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary to aid clients.
- Offer patient care and emotional support to individuals requiring assistance.
- Engage in social work activities within the home community.
- Implement home care plans and follow established systems for effective caregiving.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in patient care or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift and perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting.
- Proficiency in providing direct support to individuals with diverse needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Knowledge of social work practices and community care services.
- Willingness to adhere to caregiving protocols and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
