- Oversee the attainment of budgeted sales and profit goals through business development and growth of the customer base.
- 5 years of experience running a staffing agency or a branch of a staffing agency, with
- a proven track record of handling and achieving high performance metrics
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
