**Responsibilities**:

- Being yourself.

Show integrity and honesty to promote the Amorino culture and values.
- Keep calm during high volume periods (rush).
- Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
- Bring excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
- Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.

Basic Qualifications
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
- Maintain high energy, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards that include providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash.
- Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
- Be a fast learner, build relationships, and pleasantly engage customers.
