We are currently seeking a professional and energetic individual to start a new and exciting career in our growing healthcare industry in our Katy Office. Immediate Full-Time Permanent individuals will be an essential part of our Operations Team in our StopLoss/Audit department.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a related role;
- Medical Insurance Verification background;
- Medical claims experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving;
- Reliable and Team-Oriented.

**Responsibilities to include (but not limited to)**:

- Collect and compile all claimant and claim data associated for submission to reinsurance carriers;
- Perform audits of all excess loss submissions and participate in carrier audits of policies;
- Generate necessary reporting for reinsurance carriers and clients;
- Provide information and updates to internal teams, vendors and clients as needed;
- Develop and maintain working relationship with reinsurance carriers and their filing requirements;
- Assist in preparing financial data associated with claim reimbursements, refunds, recoupments, adjustments and reissues and ensure appropriate documentation;
- Other tasks as assigned.

We offer excellent benefits and a competitive salary package. Our Katy Office is located at the corner of Grand Parkway and Westpark Tollway, hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 4:30. Flex hours are available for some positions.
