**Manufacturing Technician, 1st shift**

**Location: Exton, PA (USA)**

**Onsite (Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm)**

As a **Manufacturing Technician**, you will maintain an organized workflow and ensure appropriate system transactions are performed in a timely and accurate manner assuring DSM products are of consistent and high quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with performing designated operations within the manufacturing department
- Work within job/position specific deadlines and schedules set by production schedule/supervisor
- Handling of chemicals and solvents may be required
- Provide basic support to outside own department as needed
- Assure product quality through close attention to detail, inspection methods, and in-process testing as required

**You bring**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required/ Two-year technical degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience, preferably in Medical Device manufacturing or GMP related industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MSOffice, Word and Excel
- Knowledge and experience working with machinery, tooling, and products/processes in a medical device environment preferred
- Industrial scale hands-on experience with process optimization focus
