**WHO WE ARE**
Through the use of specialty coffee and bread, we aim to share Korean culture in a unique and approachable way.

We are looking for friendly and motivated FULL-TIME/PART-TIME Baristas to join our team. In this role, you will engage with and serve our customers with our wide array of coffee (and non-coffee) drinks and bread.

We have a rapidly growing and evolving team with many opportunities to learn and grow within the company. You can expect to learn a great deal about the industry while having fun with likeminded, young peers

**WHO YOU ARE**
**Responsibilities / Expectations**:

- Provide excellent customer service (become a role model for other new employees).
- Uphold the standard of quality of drinks and standard of hospitality.
- Keep up store cleanliness standards; maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Be a team player; able to be flexible when needed and is willing to help to make sure the job is done.
- Receive vendor orders and verify correct items and quantities have been delivered.
- Track inventory stock levels to assist shift leads with vendor orders.
- Track syrup inventory stock levels and be proactive in preventing shortages.
- Training on new employees: drink preparations, espresso, frothing, proper use of equipment, cleaning duties, customer service, and daily responsibilities of a barista.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in specialty coffee.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Availability and flexibility to work.
- Great customer service and work attitude.
- Food handlers certificate.
- Great team management skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Bilingual in Korean is preferred.
- Eligible to work in the United States and is 18 years of age or older.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
