Janitor (Part-time)

This position is available twice a week preferably **Tuesdays and Thursday from 4-6 pm**. This is a part time position is ideally suitable for a personal who has another job, who would like to earn some extra money.
**Duties**:

- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of waste materials
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor plumbing issues

Qualifications:

- Ability to lift 20lb
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Get finger printing and background clearance.

**Skills**:

- Clean: Ability to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by following established cleaning procedures.
- Custodial: basic Knowledge of custodial practices, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain: Ability to keep assigned areas clean and well-maintained on an ongoing basis..

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
