We're looking for a part time Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day. At the moment we need someone Fridays and Saturday nights. If you desire more hours, position can be combined with other shifts for more hours. Full time status is possible if you are flexible.

Night Auditor responsibilities include checking guests in and out, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all hotel revenue. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to our guests and keep revenues balanced.

Desirable applicants will live close enough for a reasonable commute, have cash handling and customer service experience. Please be Windows/PC savvy. Hotel experience is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Reconcile all hotel reservation revenues for the day
- Investigate and resolve any out of balances
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Balance cash drawer
- Check out guests

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in Front Desk Operations, Night Audit or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Experience with accounting and good math skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong customer service skills

*The ability to multitask
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of inputting information into excel worksheets
- Availability to work overnight

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
