**Compensation** **and Benefits**: Hourly position with bonuses available and potential investment opportunities as well as educational growth. Benefits include paid vacation, Simple IRA retirement plan, and mobile phone.

**Your Role**:

- Work with managing broker to develop and implement marketing strategies via social media and other marketing channels.
- Maintain property awareness and knowledge of rental aspects as well as upkeep/maintenance aspects.
- Prepare units for presentation prior to arrival.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of rental units.
- Receive maintenance requests from tenants and implement necessary steps for necessary repairs.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly.
- Collections.
- Maintain data and review management reports as stipulated.
- Conduct move in inspections and ensure units are ready for occupancy for new tenants.
- Transport funds to banks as required.
- Assist coworkers in office as needed and as availability allows.
- Follow and maintain leasing agent continuing education and upkeep of needed license.

**Licenses**:

- Must have a valid driver's license. (required)
- Must have or obtain an Illinois Real Estate Leasing Agent License. (Excel pays for the applicable license course to help you obtain licensure. )

**Schedule**:

- Monday - Friday
- Every third Saturday
- On call every third week.

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred) but willing to train the right individual.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
