Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Upholsterer to join our team. As an Upholsterer, you will be responsible for fabricating and sewing materials to create or restore upholstered automotive or marine components and other items. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using hand tools, sewing machines, and power tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate and sew materials to create or restore upholstered trim and other items
- Measure, cut, and shape foam padding to fit
- Attach padding and material to trim using staples, tacks, or glue
- Repair or replace damaged upholstery on furniture or vehicles
- Collaborate with designers or clients to select appropriate fabrics and materials
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Upholsterer or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand tools, sewing machines, and power tools
- Knowledge of different fabrics and materials used in upholstery
- Ability to fabricate, sew, and assemble upholstery with precision
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $18.36 - $28.00 per hour
