High energy is what it takes to Connect with Our Culture Responsibilities include: - Builds rapport with existing and potential customer base to encourage customers to use Barri products and loan services. - Advises customers about rates & loan product options, while gathering key information to find solutions for BFG customers. - Solicits new or current customers via inbound and outbound calling and marketing drives. - Maintains customer contact reports. - Monitors loan repayment process. - Works with highly confidential information such as customer financial records. - Maintains current procedural knowledge for compliance guideline standards for lending and record keeping. - Performs collection activities as needed. - Among others. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s) and/or Competencies: - Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments at specific times. - Ability to solve problems and the ability to work within the company to offer support and solutions to our clients. - An entrepreneur, with excellent time management and organization. - Good use of PC and knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Professional communication both verbal and written. - Ability to work well independently in a team environment. Ability to work at all levels within an organization - A professional verbal and written communication. - Ability to work under pressure and delivery of requirements on specific dates Required and Preferred Experience and Education Requirements - Bilingual: English and Spanish (preferred) - High School Diploma or GED - Schedule flexibility - Ease of speech (Soft Skills)

Solicita a clientes nuevos o actuales / ventas cruzadas, entrantes, llamadas salientes y unidades de mercadeo. Ayudar en la prospección dentro de una tienda de préstamo o tienda de mercado. Realiza actividades de recolección según sea necesario. Trabaja con información altamente confidencial, como registros financieros de clientes. Realiza otras tareas que se le asignen. Entre otros. Conocimiento, habilidades y destrezas: Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas y asignaciones en tiempos específicos. Habilidad para la solución de problemas y la capacidad de trabajar dentro de la empresa para ofrecer apoyo y solución a nuestros clientes. Un emprendedor, con una excelente gestión de manejo de tiempo y organización. Buen manejo de PC y conocimiento en Microsoft Office. Comunicación profesional tanto verbal como escrita. Habilidad para trabajar bien independientemente en un ambiente de equipo. Capacidad para trabajar con todos los níveles dentro de una organización Una comunicación profesional verbal y escrita. Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y entrega de requerimientos en fechas especificas Requerimientos de Educación e Idioma Bilingüe: inglés y español (de preferencia) High School Diploma or GED Disponibilidad de horario.
