Description:
The purpose of this position is to assist the Manager, Patrol in ensuring the overall safety of residents and property within the community and provides mobile and stationary patrol supervisory presence. Primary functions of this position may include supervising patrol staff, being required to be on-call to respond to emergencies and providing training/meetings and miscellaneous administrative tasks. Performs other duties as assigned.
- 60% Acting as backup/additional patroller on duty.
- 15% Recruitment and training of new employees. Payroll/scheduling/supervision of all current employees. Conducts staff meetings and organization of additional certifications, i.e. - CPR and First Aid.
- 15% Working on HOA committees to improve safety and public relations issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year related supervisory experience from law enforcement or prior patrol experience within a patrolled community.
- Valid AZ Driver License; must be able to be covered under the Association’s auto insurance; CPR and AED Certification required
- Strong supervisory, interpersonal and mediation skills, general computer knowledge and legible handwriting.
