DESRI is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States that acquires, develops, owns, operates, or has contracted more than 9 gigawatts of capacity across a portfolio of over 70 renewable energy projects. - What you’ll do day-to-dayIn this role, you’ll provide support across our reception, facilities, operations, and executive assistance teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional reception experience for visitors. You’ll also work directly with our facilities associate, handling everything from assisting with ordering and restocking the pantry and conference rooms, to mail operations, and other ad hoc tasks, as needed. You’ll provide backup executive assistance (EA) support when team members are out of the office, additional coverage is required, or for any other situations that may arise.
- Who we’re looking for
- We seek individuals who have worked in a corporate setting, particularly in roles such as reception, concierge, facilities, or office support.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
- The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is critical.
- Applicants with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, who can successfully troubleshoot and learn new technologies, are highly sought after.
- The role occasionally requires the ability to lift heavy boxes.
- Individuals may be eligible for hourly overtime pay as the role occasionally requires work outside of standard business hours.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $50,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a completion bonus, overtime for all hours worked over 40 per week, and benefits, including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
