Budtender/cashier

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Educate consumers about different cannabis products, their uses, and effects.
- Conduct sales transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with state and local laws.
- Display products attractively.
- Process customer orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a cannabis dispensary setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate POS systems, preferably the Dutchie POS system.
- Knowledgeable about cannabis strains, products, and related health benefits.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Trustworthy and attentive to detail, with an ability to multitask.
