**About the Role**:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Cashier to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, as well as handling cash transactions at the register. If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy interacting with people, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception**: Greet guests warmly as they arrive, manage waitlists, and assist with seating arrangements. Ensure guests feel welcome and provide menus and information about the dining experience.
- **Cash Handling**: Operate the cash register to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, provide change, and issue receipts.
- **Order Management**: Relay guest orders to the kitchen staff as needed. Ensure that orders are accurately entered and prepared in a timely manner.
- **Customer Service**: Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Handle guest complaints or special requests with tact and diplomacy.
- **Table Maintenance**: Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of dining tables, clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests depart. Ensure that dining areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- **Queue Management**: Manage and monitor the flow of guests entering the establishment. Direct guests to available seating or advise them of expected wait times.
- **Store Maintenance**: Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the establishment.

**Requirements**:

- **Customer Focus**: You have a passion for providing excellent customer service and enjoy interacting with people. Your friendly demeanor and helpful attitude contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.
- **Cash Handling Skills**: Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions are required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- **Team Player**: You thrive in a team-oriented environment and are willing to collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
