**Who we’re looking for**:
**BARBACK**

Behind every master mixologist is an assistant extraordinaire (hey, those beautiful garnishes don’t cut themselves). If you’re looking to break into the bar business, this is the perfect entry-level gig. Our Barbacks are responsible for assisting bartenders and maintaining and stocking the bar areas.

**What to **expect**:
**Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding**:

- Monitor and maintain the stock of ice, juice, liquor, beer and wine.
- Change out beer kegs.
- Cut and stock garnishes for drinks.
- Ensure the bar area is clean and organized.

**Your experience and qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
- Food Handler’s Permit required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic.
