Do you create designs that are both visually stimulating and purposeful? Do you enjoy translating a vision into an image? Do you enjoy working with a dynamic team? We welcome fresh and energetic designers to join our team to support our wholesale and military departments.

**Responsibilities**

Coordinating with Art Department Manager for daily tasks can include:

- Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs
- Customize artwork as required by project scope
- Produce new and organic designs regularly for stock designs
- Translate customer and vendor requests into professional designs
- Own a graphic project from conception to completion
- Maintaining master image/artwork file library with its established format
- Submit artwork for copyright and approval by licensing authorities
- Create realistic mockups of art for licensing approval
- Create mockups of custom art for customers for project approval
- Create Print-Ready In-House Artwork for DTF and Screen Printing.
- File setup for outside agencies and vendors as needed
- Develop marketing content for out of house reps and website

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency with design and photo-editing software--Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Possess graphic design portfolio with both graphic and photoshop mockup examples
- Experience and understanding of the CMYK print process
- Detail-oriented for copyright/licensing and print quality control
- Advanced Design sense—both technical and visual: typography/visual hierarchy
- A Team Player—work well as part of a Team as well as manage tasks independently
- Experience in design of catalogs and sales flyers
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is the norm
- Reliable transportation

Military knowledge/background is a plus.

**Pay range $19.00 - $22.00 Hourly rate based on experience**

**Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm**
