**Requirements** Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management; Engineering Studies (required)
- MBA in Business Management (preferred)

**Licenses and Certifications**:

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; SPC; Kaizen; Root Cause Analysis (preferred)
- OSHA Certification 30 Hour (preferred)

**Work Expereience**:

- 5+ Years of Managerial Experience in fast paced environment (required)
- 5+ Years Engineering Background: Project Management, Process Engineering (preferred)

**Quality and Safety Expectations**:

- Promote, Communicate and Institute all Principles of Conduct and Actions at all levels
- Ensuring compliance of all Environmental. Health and Safety policies, procedures
- Promoting Quality Policy, Procedure and Performance accountability
- Continually seeks improvement of all EH&S and Quality policy and procedures
- Leads By Example and Demonstrates all of the above actions
- Empowers direct and indirect reports to ensure adherence of all EH&S and Quality expectations
- Promotes and Demonstrates integrity, solidarity, and a culture of caring

**Practical/ Technical/ Digital Knowledge**:
Required:

- Advanced Computer Skills
- MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Teams Focused)
- Electronic Communication Proficiency (E-mail, Communication Apps, Mobile Phone)

- Processing, Engineering, Project Management Skills (WCM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, SPC)
